PB&J Balls – So easy and tasty!
These are amazing.
Tiny sweet balls that taste like Peanut Butter and Jelly.
This is a wonderful quick recipe, just 3 ingredients, great in school lunches, or as an after school snack. Great for that 2 pm pick me up.

Peanut butter and Jelly Balls, Gluten free, Dairy free 3 ingredients
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes about 25 1 1/2 inch balls
2 cups lightly salted roasted peanuts
3 cup raisins (I used golden)
8 oz pitted dates
Put all the ingredients in the food processor. Process until you can grab a small handful and squeeze and it all holds together.
Portion into 1 1/2 inch balls and Serve.
Yes it is that easy.
Some things to know. You can use other nuts. Higher fat nuts work best. Cashew, hazelnuts both work well.
You can use other dried fruits too! I love Cashew and apricot.
You can store, in a sealed container; for up to a week at room temperature or a month refrigerated.
