Do a Little Dance Salad with Strawberry balsamic vinaigrette

Since I started making my own salad dressings my kids have found the joy of eating a salad!

Yes I have teens that actually eat salad. (not the autistic one but hey I am working on it!)

They are an easy formula, equal parts oil, vinegar and some stuff to give it flavor, a little something sweet to mellow the acid with a pinch of salt  and pepper to fill out the flavor.

Just make sure you use a good vinegar and oil and you will always have a great dressing.

Just stick in in a jar and shake!

On with the recipe.

Now put on your favorite music
Grab your ingredients
Sip some Sangria
Prepare to dance right along with your taste buds!

Yummy!
